Meet the Team
Erin Nichols
Since 2015, Erin Nichols has been at the helm of Assist2Hear, becoming a leading figure in the assistive listening technology industry. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its reach across multiple states and helped thousands of people with hearing loss re-engage in communities across the nation.
Erin honed her skills under Richard McKinley’s mentorship, a respected hearing loop technology figure. Her certification and practical experience have solidified her reputation in this specialized field. The hundreds of venues she has worked with over the years make her the go-to for the highly complex installations in the industry. She takes pride in designing systems that meet each venue’s unique needs, aiming for installations that not only meet but exceed expectations.
Before her role at Assist2Hear, Erin owned and operated one of Denver’s largest senior care franchises for twelve years. Her unwavering dedication to customer service and ethics in this role has been carried over into the projects she designs in the assistive listening field. She holds a Masters in Finance from the University of Denver and is a proud Kansas Jayhawk.
In her downtime, Erin can be found playing her guitar, attempting a new recipe, reading, or cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. She is also an avid skier and loves a good bluegrass jam!
Richard Digregorio
Richard Digregorio, the Contacta Field-Certified Lead Installer at Assist2Hear, is a seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge. His six years of experience at the company have equipped him with a diverse range of installations, making him one of the most knowledgeable induction loop installers in the country. His expertise brings a sense of confidence to each job site.
Richard is a US Army veteran. During his service to our country, he was stationed in Fort Hood, TX, and deployed for active combat in Mosul, Iraq. Hailing from a military family, Richard grew up in New York, California, and Iowa while his mom served in the US Air Force. He enjoyed his time in California the most and now misses the beach living in Colorado!
Outside of work, Richard’s greatest joy is fatherhood. He cherishes every moment with his son, dedicating his free time to nurturing his growth. Together, they embark on adventures, play video games, build projects, and enjoy constructing with Legos.
